Just like batteries, human needs to be recharged in terms of their creativity, motivation and positive energy. Team outing lets the brain relax and promotes creativity, collaboration and overall productivity. A company outing/Team Building lets workers get to know each other better regardless of the position they hold in a company. This clearly creates a stronger team and boosts productivity to bring about overall benefit. All the employees and the management enjoyed the whole day activity held at Leticia's Garden Resorts and Events Place located in Calumpit Bulacan last 2016. Teams were highly motivated to perform better and better to achieve their objectives and goals. All the activities helped the teams to establish positive team culture, values and norms of behavior.
